Ramon, the technician who came to fix the problem we were having, was knowledgeable and competent. He would not leave until he was absolutely sure the issue had been resolved!

The 2men you sent to install our unit in my opinion did and excellent job. Explained the unit to my wife anad I very well. Great workers they are a credit to your company.

Technician arrived early. The installation went quickly. The technician was very proper and polite. He explained everything very well. This is the second lift we are installing. We highly recommend this product and the staff of the Columbus Ohio location.

Very quick response the sales person gave us a quote to do the work and they installed it the next day. Very nicely done and works great.
