It is still within the 30 days. I've written 2x and no response. i just sent off another email..(their email address doesn't work on Yahoo, if emailing from your email account.) I'm sure this is a great product, but I can't get them down my throat. I gag. All i wanted was a refund....this is very frustrating.

I and my wife have been taking the strawberry flavored creatine, we are so happy with the changes, we are both very active, professionally and fitness wise, great quality product, no bs. We have tried so many other products, too much sugar with much less heslthy result.

I love these gummy‘s because first off they’re delicious. Secondly, they never bother or upset my stomach, which is very sensitive to a lot of supplements. ARQ8 is what I will take for my creatine needs. My favorite is the mango flavor. I also like it because there are clean ingredients in it.

I am what I would call an ingredient snob, I previously tried creatine powder but found it difficult to take consistently, I looked for creatine gummies but was not satisfied with the ingredient list. Then, I found arq8, and immediately added to cart when I saw the ingredients! They are super clean, easy to take, tasty and worth every penny.

I was looking forward to trying the creatine gummies. Order did arrive promptly. Upon trying gummies I found the taste to be awful and experienced digestion discomfort. I’ve reached out to the company requesting they honor the 100 money back guarantee and receive a full refund. This is when customer service stopped responding. The only response I did receive from them was whether I’d like to try another flavor, followed by video links promoting their product. I’ve written multiple emails requesting a refund and still haven’t heard back. After reading online reviews it appears that this is common practice for them.Buyer beware!

If you haven't tried Arq8, you need to! I am someone that has the worst experience with creatine and I’m so glad I found this brand. I’ve tried so many on the market, and ALL (both gummies and powder) gave me tummy issues except this one. I currently are taking the gummies and they taste great! Easy to ingest and chew. I would highly recommend this brand to everyone that ask about creatine.

This is not a trustworthy company. They contacted ME to get on a research call for my opinion and promised "free gifts". It's very difficult for me to make time for phone calls - after I did what they wanted, they disappeared! Avoid them!!

I really enjoyed my first order of ARQ8 creatine gummies. They tasted great, and I liked them enough to order another pack. Unfortunately, the second order tasted completely different. The gummies had a strange, extremely sour taste that stayed in my mouth for a long time. Since the first batch tasted nothing like this, I didn’t feel comfortable continuing to use them. really enjoyed my first order of ARQ8 creatine gummies, which is why I was disappointed when my second batch tasted very different and unusually sour. Customer support was initially slow to respond, but they eventually got back to me, explained that some variation can occur between batches because of the natural ingredients, and offered to replace the product with a different flavor. I appreciate that they followed up and worked to resolve the issue. I’m updating my review accordingly and look forward to trying the replacement.
