I received both my orders and unlike the fresh, orange coloured (mango flavoured) gummies in the photos, they were BROWN, SLIMEY, and both tasted and smelled really off. The size wasn’t even the same, it was like they were rotten, or all of their advertising images are AI generated lies. It was really gross, and really dissapointing. Both bottles received the first and second second month of my subscription were the same slimey, brow, rotten tasting gummies. Save your money, its not worth the expired, or just horribly formulated product.

I originally wrote a positive 5 star review and have since deleted it. I had a great experience initially. After 3 months of taking the creatine, I wrote a positive review, but then a drastic change. I received 4 different containers of one month supply that were brown, instead of orange. They were a weird texture and hard to the touch, smelled badly and even when all my senses said no....i finally tasted one. It was horrible and nothing like the good ones. It tasted rotten. I spit it out. I wrote to the company. With all the information and asked for replacements, believing in the good of the company. Yet they didnt want to replace and needed to investigate. I was concerned of getting stuck with product that I paid for and yet couldn't consume. I have pictures of the product and batch numbers and was willing to give them the rotten ones to see what I was describing. Yet they went silent. I wrote multiple times requesting refund of my last order, which I just received in the last week or so....and no response, even though they say they have a 30 day guaranteed product. I have lost money, trust and time. With this turn of bad product and bad service, I would not recommend this company.

The first two orders of the creatine gummies we loved, they were a delicious treat we looked forward to. Then I ordered a bundle of the same items as before, and the gummies we received were completely different look, texture, and taste from our previous orders. They were so rancid and disgusting we couldn’t even force them down. I emailed them over a week ago asking for a refund or replacement, and they have not responded. Very upset, as these are not cheap in price! Update: after multiple more emails, photos, and more time, I have finally eventually heard back from them. And they did refund me. So that’s a plus at least. Will no longer be a customer though.

It is still within the 30 days. I've written 2x and no response. i just sent off another email..(their email address doesn't work on Yahoo, if emailing from your email account.) I'm sure this is a great product, but I can't get them down my throat. I gag. All i wanted was a refund....this is very frustrating.

I was looking forward to trying the creatine gummies. Order did arrive promptly. Upon trying gummies I found the taste to be awful and experienced digestion discomfort. I’ve reached out to the company requesting they honor the 100 money back guarantee and receive a full refund. This is when customer service stopped responding. The only response I did receive from them was whether I’d like to try another flavor, followed by video links promoting their product. I’ve written multiple emails requesting a refund and still haven’t heard back. After reading online reviews it appears that this is common practice for them.Buyer beware!

This is not a trustworthy company. They contacted ME to get on a research call for my opinion and promised "free gifts". It's very difficult for me to make time for phone calls - after I did what they wanted, they disappeared! Avoid them!!

Beware of buying this product in a multi-pack! Arq8 heavily markets a "30-Day Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee" to get you to buy. However, if you purchase a bundle to save money and the product does not work for you, they will refuse to refund you. I ordered a 3-pack to try the product. When it didn’t work out, I contacted customer service within the 30 days and returned the remaining two completely unopened, pristine bottles in good faith. Customer support flatly refused to refund the single opened bottle that I used to test the product. They cited hidden fine print stating that their satisfaction guarantee only applies to "1-pack orders." This critical restriction is completely buried and defeats the entire purpose of a "risk-free trial" for first-time buyers. If you want to test this product, do NOT buy a bundle. Their customer service is polite(or is it a polite bot?) but entirely unwilling to honor the actual spirit of their satisfaction guarantee. I have filed cases with the BBB and my credit card company to get my money back.
