Over the course of several days, Rodrigo made several specific suggestions to me to resolve my problem. Trying each one, as per his clear instructions, with no positive resolution did not deter him from staying with me until he finally hit upon the cause of my dilemma. I am very grateful for the time he spent with me and would recommend him highly.

I emailed support for my problem playing a game. The instructions were simple to follow and now my game plays properly and is more fun, enjoyable and scoring higher than before.

As soon as I emailed Arkadium, solutions were already in process. During the exchage, I picke up "how to take a screen shot". The agents are friendly and help is quick. They make sure the problem is solved.

Great game selection! I've been playing Arkadium games daily for months. Lots of choices, and new games often appear. Ads aren't overly annoying, and graphics are great too. Recently, I ran into a glitch and sent an email about it. I received a response within a couple hours, and they were super quick to help address my question. I was all set in no time, and they even followed up a couple days later to make sure I was ok. All this from a game site that I don't pay a penny for?!! Awesome in my book!

I like this game because it requires strategy and a good knowledge of words. What I don't like is the use of is American slang words that don't appear in the English dictionary e.g. 'doozy'! It's really unnecessary when you can use words everyone recognises. Spoilt my enjoyment.
