Well, the games are excellent quality and fun to play. The Arkadium Support Team is a great help. The issue was efficiently fixed and I am glad to be a customer to this site. I shall keep playing and having fun, and if any issues come up, I know who to talk to! And I know my problems will be fixed promptly, making me a very happy customer. Keep up the good work! p.s. Do you think you could add more racing games and make the ones already on the site more interactive? I'd be much obliged!

Over a month ago .. arkadium changed the diagonal sudoku. The defailts for the puzzle chsnged. No history is saved. I used to see how many i solved in a month… now you take a phone call and progress is gone. Since arkadium has become a monopoly appearing on all puzzle websites… bye bye arkadium and sudoku

I had issues getting into the site and received a very patient and thorough customer service rep who made a great effort to fix the issue and it finally worked however, this is a glitch that keeps repeating itself intermittently. I feel that the site goes down on a frequent basis.

What made my experience great was, I had a problem and the Arkadium Team fixed it. I accidentally deleted the iHeart games and couldn't get them back. I tried everything. I love playing these games because they help feed sheltered pets. I let them know what happened and they sent me a link.
