My experience was very positive. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and was always there to help and to answer my questions. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I am really pleased with Archway Publishing. They did a fantastic job on the front and back cover of my book. The paper used is high quality, and my 100 photographs are clear and crisp. My script is clearly presented on each page and is easily readable. The designers gave very helpful suggestions but left the final decisions about design to me. I appreciate working with this publishing company. Their expertise in each area of their special assignments is superb. The publishing process moved along in a timely manner in which experts in each division assisted me with pertinent decisions about the book design. I highly recommend Archway Publishing to other authors.

The response time is excellent. The knowledge of the industry and who to go to on whatever you need is there. The communication between people on your team can't be beat. I'm just beginning my journey but I have almost no doubt that my team will do their best to get me noticed in a big way.

Archway Publishing has a very professional team who did great jobs to help me to publish the Daya of West Lake: the masterpieces of Chinese classical poetry selected and translated with notes, which is the best on best of translations of Chinese classical poetry in English.

Archway got Three Stars from me . The company's representatives get FIVE Stars. The actually publishing IT department gets a 0 Stars. After I approved my cover design proof and interior design proof, my book went to press. The interior design that I approved was published totally incorrectly by the Archway Publishing. I have spent close to $4,000. dollars for a disaster. That was three weeks ago, I am being shuffled to one representative to another . I am shocked and very disappointed to have to go thru this process of clarifying  Archways error again and again and yet again to another one of their representatives . I want the interior design error by the Archway corrected. I bought 10 of my softcover and 10 of my hardcover books at the author's price plus the free books that a author receives .I want  my books  to be the correct design interior and sent to me at NO Cost (since I already paid almost $500) "Why Can't I." Everyone I worked with was wonderful. A very pleasant experience, until I received mu book and saw that it was published incorrectly probably thru a corrupt file error by Archway.

Being a first time author, ArchwayPublishing has been a tremendous help in publishing my first book. They have gone overboard in answering all of my questions or concerns.
