Thanks, Aaron! Our team of professionals is here to help, I'm glad you've had a good experience! If you need anything from us, please don't hesitate to reach out.
A few suggestions. It would help to know a few things at the very beginning to save time: 1. Your page-number policy. 2. Also, the use of placeholders. If I had known I would be taking the illustrations out, I would not have taken the time to place them so carefully in the first place. I could also have saved time if I knew up front what is needed for the back cover . That being said, Archway's Luther Blackwell was a great author and boarding manager. Very helpful and quick at getting back to me if I had questions, and even helping me with some of the technical things.

Thanks for this good, practical feedback, Kay. I've fed this back to the team, and we will work on improving our process accordingly. I'll pass your words to Luther Blackwell as well, I know he will appreciate it. Congratulations on your book!
I first signed up with Archway to help me finalize the publication process of my children’s book, 4 years ago. To be able to take a pause from it and pickup where I left off, 4 years later, with an amazing team was incredible. It was such a seamless process, and the team amongst Archway has been a true pleasure to work with. Can’t recommend enough.

Thank you! What a lovely thing to hear. Being able to step away for four years and pick your children’s book right back up, seamlessly, is exactly how it should work. Your project waits for you, however long life takes. We’re so glad the team made the return a pleasure, and grateful for the recommendation. Congratulations on your book!
Having my work presented in a fully professional published form has raised my confidence about my capacity to write and so to share my ideas in a form that I hope will be respected and valued.

Thank you for sharing this, Jeanne. What you’ve described is the very heart of why we do this work. Seeing your ideas in a professional, published form, and feeling your own confidence as a writer grow because of it, is more meaningful to us than any review of our service could be. Your ideas deserve to be respected and valued, and now they’re out in a form that invites exactly that. Congratulations, and we hope they reach every reader they’re meant for.
Archway’s accommodating of my needs, particularly in terms of my financial constraints, was exemplary. I would like to name rep Paula Collins as outstanding in her efforts on my behalf; also, publicity and marketing manager Jeff Slone, who has been unfailingly supportive. The only thing I might have some reservations about is the very thin quality of the paper of my published novel, ‘To Disappear into Light.’ The print on the reverse side of the pages appears faintly like a ghost on the near side. To some readers, this interferes with the experience of reading.

Thank you, Peter, and congratulations on "To Disappear into Light". Paula and Jeff will both be glad to read this, and we’ll pass it along. I'm happy we could work with you around your financial constraints and support you the whole way. Thanks for letting us know about the paper. If you'd like us to review it, please reach out to [email protected] and we’ll get you to the right person to review the paper stock options with you. Thank you for flagging it, and for the kind words about the team.
