I found the different teams that guided me through the process were very supportive and helpful without being pushy when I had to make some hard decisions.

Initial contacts were very positive and energizing. Later contacts not so much. Royalty payment terms are very long, given today's instant communications. Telephone assistance was at times problematic, as I had trouble understanding thick accent and soft voice.

I purchased a package which supposedly ended with a quality review. That review was not completed until I called to ask the status several weeks past the time due. The review was so rushed that I don't think it was completed at all. When I received my final material there was a mistake which was not in what was originally sent. So, something was touched that was correct when sent. Wrong when returned.

I found everyone with whom I worked at Archway to be very helpful and professional.

My book was printed with an illustration missing-an error on the side of Archway. I have called and emailed numerous times and keep getting the run around. I have had people unknowingly purchase the book already with the missing illustration as it is still available. I am still waiting on the mistake to be fixed as well as having someone from Archway reach out to me. After the amount I paid to have my book published, this is simply unacceptable.

Contact coordinators responsive at each step of the process. Production phase efficient and effective. Design team creative. Final product fabulous. Recommend Archway without reservation.
