American Passport & Visa InternationalReviews of apvi.com

I have used APVI countless times for over a decade. The staff is responsive and communicates well where they are in the process of an application. APVI has saved me on many occasions-including with a replacing a lost passport and in an emergency where I needed extra pages added on my passport on very short notice. I highly recommend APVI for both business and private use-their service is consistently reliable and accurate.

I have used this company several times in the past. They are personable, quick, reliable and easy to deal with. Love them and can only recommend them full heatedly.

We were new to requesting ViSAs and APVI gave us exceptional assistance and guidance.

I would give APVI ten starts and not five! They were beyond helpful!

I selected APVI based on internet research so that they could help me secure a visa to Saudi Arabia. The experience was terrific and Michael made the entire process straight-forward and seamless.

APVI Visa Services staff is very easy to talk to and answered any questions and concerns I had with the utmost interest and care in my situation. They responded to my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I never felt like I was a bother or intrusion to their valuable time. They took the time needed to help me through this most challenging task, and I appreciate their effort for me.

Karim and his staff at APVI are fantastic! The knowledge and customer service is 5 stars at least!

This was a great company to work with. There is some trepidation in working with an unknown company for such an important process with a tight timelines, but I felt more at ease once I called the number and talked with an actual person who seemed to understand the process and knew what they were talking about. The 5-day process actually took 6 days, and they put a APVI brand sticker on the new passport which took off some of the passport cover when I removed it--why put a sticker on there at all? Would have liked some communication throughout the process, such as a confirmation of receipt of passport, notification of submission to the U.S. government, notification of completion, notification of shipping, etc. As it was, I only was able to track the process by looking at the tracking number I provided and the money trail of when a check hit the bank. Overall, I would use them again if I needed to, and would recommend them to anyone who needed their passport expedited.
