I needed a business visa for Saudi Arabia and I decided to try this visa company and so I emailed them. Karim responded within an hour, completely answering all my questions and concerns and helped me get everything in order. I emailed him around 10 times in total for clarifications, etc, and each time he would answer within at most a couple hours, even at 10pm at night! Once they received my paperwork, they immediately took them to the embassy that same day, and everything was done by the end of the next business day (even though the estimate was 5 days), and it was mailed to me the day after that. I would recommend this company without hesitation to anyone; they care, respond quickly, and do their job well and very quickly! I was very impressed.

This was my first time ordering a Chinese Visa and Kiaann made this experience so easy for me. She allowed me to scan my documents to her so she could review them before I sent them to her. This helped so much as it caught the mistakes I made that could have postponed my Visa returning to me. Thank you so much for making this such an easy experience.

I did all my transaction in person, dropping off and picking up. Both staff who assisted were super courteous and also made good on their promise to have my passport renewed in 48 hours. Even upgraded because they knew I was in a bind. Will definitely use again and recommend.

In my line of business sometimes you have to fly to different countries in a pinch. Im very lucky I found APVI Express! Their customer service was exceptional! I was called instantly to go over all the paperwork I needed and was even supplied the fedex slip to return all my info back to them by the next day. When a colleague of mine from Peru called me, desperate for help with his business, I said yes right away. The only problem was that my passport had just expired and, unfortunately, I was told that it would take up to 2 months to get a new one! I was not happy and started checking online to see what I could do to get it faster and, luckily, found APVI Express. They were able to get me a new passport in less than a week for a very reasonable price, and their customer service people were very pleasant, even though I wasn't very happy or nice at first (sorry guys). I'm a full time worker and have no time to prepare my documents or go to the consulate - office my self or even the passport agency. I used this office services, I didn't know about them but a co-worked told me about how good they are plus they are really close to work that I can pass by to drop my papers and pick them later.
