Though the item ordered was a bit damaged in transit and returned, the company refunded the money promptly. Best experience ever with a technician! Best customer service! Chuck came out to service my Kitchen Aid range within 24 hours. He diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes and was able to get my oven and range working all but one burner. Ordered part and returned to replace a week later. Fully repaired by 8 am! Worth their weight in gold! Highly recommend!
