Very good product. Pricey for small operators like us. Some activities are way over complicated due to the target audience being much larger multi-property, multi-owner operations, which we are not. When you leave a well thought out suggestion for improvement and you never hear anything back, you feel slighted. Most support requests are promptly responded to. Could not do my job without this or a similar product. Have not priced a competitor since going with Appfolio.

The software is excellent! It meets all our expectations. The support is lacking due to the lag time of return calls and not being able to talk to a person in a reasonable time span. The lack of human connect is the missing piece of the puzzle! P.S. The sales line is always answered within a few rings. I have not been able to reach anyone on the help line a number of months.

I gave a 5 star rating because they are a 5 star company. AppFolio always moves forward to make your job easier. If they do not provide a certain service I guarantee they are working diligently on how to accommodate every company they sign up with them. The software has been the best thus far from any other company we had in the past. Software is extremely user friendly and the support team not only guides you they make sure you understand everything before you are done.

I think this is a great Property Management Software and has made strides towards becoming a better accounting software
