The onboarding process was extremely easy. The customer service representative that was assigned to our account was very attentive. I would recommend Answer First to anybody that needs an answering service.

There are just some disconnects that need to be ironed out. The cost is extremely high but they are willing to work with you to try to help with that. Overall I am looking for another company at this time.
