While there may be opportunities to reduce the number of misdirected or unwanted calls that reach your account, our Customer Service Professionals must answer each call before determining whether it's intended for your business. Because of that, those calls are billable. Regarding your billing, our Client Web Access portal provides detailed Account Activity and Message Summary Reports to help you review your usage. If you haven't already, we'd be happy to help you get set up and show you where to find this information.
