The product was underwhelming if not completely ineffective. I proceeded to return it before the 30 day, their customer service and the company in general have terrible service and dishonest practices. They responded and let me know that it was past the 30 days. I sent images of the arrival date, then they provided me a return address and number. I returned it in the original box and they did not respond until I reached out to them again. They responded that they did not receive it in its original box. Welp, that is what to expect from a dishonest company, Please don’t order from this company, it’s a scam and they are running with it.

Wow! AngelLift support is very helpful! I had questions about which strips to use and when to use them, in order to achieve my individual goals. Yna put together a detailed plan for me. I am very grateful. Looking forward to starting my Angel Lift journey for fuller lips and fewer lines around my mouth!

I had an excellent experience with Angel Lift’s customer service. From the beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive to my questions and concerns. Communication was clear and timely, and I never felt like I was being rushed or given generic responses. What stood out most was the level of personal attention and willingness to help. The representative took the time to understand my situation and provided thoughtful, helpful guidance rather than simply trying to make a sale. Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of Angel Lift’s customer service. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values its customers and makes an effort to provide a positive experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Angel Lift based on my experience with their support team.

Unfortunately the customer service is not great, I bought as a gift for someone who didn't want it, didn't even open the package sent it back it fully secured and tracked as it had arrived, the initial purchase cost me £85 including shipping and custom fees ... their charge to destroy (doubt they will as it was factory fresh) and then my postage cost of £15 to send it back and never got a refund. No reply to emails after the initial instructions for a refund. Expensive mistake ... not impressed. Unless you want to keep it regardless of using it or not, don't waste your money or time sadly. They would do so much better to look after customers as I considered trying it myself but after such bad customer service its an expensive risk I don't want to take.

I returned product in its original plastic case and they acknowledge they got my shipment but NOW they are saying it wasn't "original packaging" because it wasn't outside cardboard box too and won't give me refund. I have emailed twice back but no response. I googled and found a number to text but no reaponse. There is no phone number anywhere. When I first emailed them to get the RMA giving them my order number & address etc BUT a bot wouldn't let me get past go as I used a different email account than order info. So who knows who is running their Customer Service department most of the time= a Bot?? Finally I think I got a real person (maybe) to reply with a RMA number. Their policy does clearly state that the refunded is reduced by $10 as it is considered "medical waste". Do they want the carboard boxes back too?? Do they recycle cardboard or use it to send to next customer? Regardless why they want empty boxes and not just the plastic case? Nowhere does it explain "original packing". I still have ALL of their useless boxes in my recycle bin in garage and could send an empty cardbard box or that white marketing display thing. My RMA is 19-230457. So for others reading this, my tips; 1. The product is nonsense. It says wait 30 days for results but return window is 30 days. Just silly. I didn't see any difference. 2. Remember which email used in order 3. Get FULL details on what they mean by "original packing" as the case they came in wasn't good enough for a refund... yet. I still hold hope there might be hope and IF so, I will update this sad review of ZERO stars. Funny: they just responded with NO resolution. They send me a link to the policy which I read again and NOWHERE does it say BOX. Their policy doesn't explain what "original packing" is. Their most recent email said the plastic case wasn't good enough.Okay, fine, let me ship the empty boxes back and give me the refund. But no, they just "apologize" and say "sorry, no Refund. we're done." So they have their product back and I am willing to take a next step for cardboard box.... but they offer no resolution.

I had a delay on my shipping but they made it right for me. The results so far are really impressive. I am 40 days in and see continual lip enlargement. Crazy! Very happy

SCAM! I used this product as instructed & saw no result so initiated return within 30 day window. I mailed the dermastrips as instructed to address provided by AngelLift from a local USPS office. I watched for email refund notification which never arrived. I contacted AngelLift & agent asked for my USPS tracking # which I couldn't find. I provided her with other info, including date & amount paid for the return label. I filed a missing pkg search w USPS & meanwhile Yna at AngelLift assured me she would check the warehouse for my pkg & that's the last I heard from her in 3 weeks. I left a phone message as well as emailed multiple times & no response. I believe AngelLift warehouse receives & discards used product then waits for customer to chase their refund. If you don't have a tracking# they keep your money. Their online return policy does not say a tracking # is mandatory, it says the tracking # is "for your peace of mind". This company does not operate in good faith!

Beware of this business, they offer refunds to new customers and once you've returned the item with tracking they stop communications completely! This business is a scam stay away or risk loosing your money!
