My order was placed a month ago, but something happened in their system so my product wasn't shipped. I contacted Angel Lift and Yna, from customer service responded almost immediately, with answers and a solution. I was given a new order# and a promise that my shipment will be overseen. When I responded with a quick thank you, Yna replied with a beautiful, heartfelt email. This kind of customer service is what's lacking in so many companies and their automated systems. Thank you, Yna, for making me feel like my business actually matters!

Please don’t waste your money on these. I used them consistently for almost a month and noticed no difference. I reached out for a refund and I’ve had the hardest time connecting with anyone. Their customer service number doesn’t work. It was about a week after messaging multiple times through email and online that I finally received a response.

Yna was super helpful. Very quick to respond while detailing on the issue at hand - asking questions, confirming the problem and providing an appropriate solution. For a second I thought I was chatting with AI. Thanks for you help Yna :)
