The order was placed and paid for, but I haven't received any updates about it.

It’s been more than two weeks, and I have yet to receive my product.

Never got the product, nor s tracking number

Never received my product, and after trying to contact the company via email several times (since there is no phone number), they never responded. I feel scammed and left with no product.

I place and order two days ago and I paid for the 2 day delivery fee and I haven’t seen the product neither a notification of estimate day delivery.

Last week I sent you an email saying that I ordered MAGNESIUM WITH COLLAGEN ON MARCH 11th. So far I haven’t received any product. Invoice # 18964

Nunca me ha llegado lo que pedí,el 10 de marzo, ni tampoco una explicación. Ya solicite la cancelación de la orden y el inmediato regreso del dinero a la tarjeta..... pésimo servicio Por su atención gracias.

I made an order with premium shipping since it was time sensitive. Not only it didn’t arrive on time but it didn’t arrive at all. They don’t answer my emails either and no phone number to call for customer service.
