I made my order 21 days ago and I have not received my product. I sent an email asking for ETA but no answer yet.

Placer order on April 19th, today is the 28th and there is no shipping confirmation received yet. Three emails later to customer service and have yet to receive a reply. Looks like is standard practice for them as per the reviews. Will call my bank directly and cancel the transaction.
