Shocking company ! Do not buy a policy from this company . I insured my caravan with them and now wish I had read their reviews. In January 2025 when the storms hit our caravan was damaged . We are now in June 25 and they have still not paid out . They have written the caravan off and salvage company has collected my caravan and I still have not received a penny ! So be warned they do not do things in a hurry !!!

Poor company ! They don't want you to ever make a claim so they can keep taking your money. Check out the high value use instead written at the top

Fraud fraud fraud . His company is a total fraud never pay out . Even the ombudsmen were like oh not them again . Everyone make sore report them to the ombudsmen and write to BBC watchdog let's get this cpany reported for there disgusting treatment.

If I could give this company less than one star I would. After 7 years with no claims I made a small genuine claim at the end of January due to Storm Eowyn and in spite of several emails asking what was happening with the claim, without any response, it's taken over two months for them now to say they need more information . The renewal is due in two days time and the increased quote they have provided is almost the same as the claim. I also cannot renew with any other company until the claim is settled . I've had to withdraw the claim so I can get cover with a " reputable " insurer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

Filed claim and didn’t hear back for nearly 2 months later - response was 3 sentences and said claim rejected because employer has no payroll in your state. No advice on what to do about my torn acl mcl. Also I was emailing the adjuster for a month prior only to be told ‘she doesn’t work here’ - no auto reply etc. mess of a company

Claimed for burst pipe under floor requiring trace and repair and moved all bathroom furniture to keep any damage to minimum. Plumber bill £550 water escape £5000!!! Wouldn’t pay for plumber to reinstate floor and pipe work saying no damage so won’t pay! Luckily water company understanding and wrote off the water loss but could have been a complete financial disaster! Don’t insure with AM Trust!!! they take the money but will find a reason not to pay even after honest client trying to mitigate costs! NO STARS IF I COULD!
