Super fast and easy installation. They were professional and prompt. This machine is great and works smooth. Me and my husband use it almost everyday. The app is easy to use and has a lot of programs to follow or choose one. You’ll never get bored

Thanks for sharing!! Great to hear things kicked off smoothly and that your device has already become part of your routine. With amp you’ll never run out of ways to keep moving and we’re only just getting started!
I think you guys could do better at people getting started with using cables. I had grown up with free weights so these cables are a completely different beast. The explaining at the beginning while setting the machine is hard to follow. Love the machine and using it because of time available is awesome!!

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We totally get what you mean about the cables, they can feel pretty different if you’ve been using free weights for a long time. It’s definitely a bit of a learning curve, and your feedback is really helpful for us. We’ve passed it along to our product team, and we’ve also put together a safety video to walk through the setup. If you’d like a bit more guidance, our trainers can give you a one-on-one demo too. We’ve sent you a personalized email with these details so you can check them out anytime!
I haven’t had much time to try it out but my daughter has and loves it. Looking forward to using this more to build strength! It is really an incredible machine and great looking too!

Great to hear your daughter’s already loving the amp device! We think you’ll enjoy it just as much and before long, you’ll start to see your strength slowly increase. Plus, it’s hard to beat something that works this well and looks this good. Thanks for the shout-out, we really appreciate it!
The ability to just walk-up-and-go is Amp’s real strength (pun intended). I find it very difficult to fit in workouts and I’m not interested in massive gains. I just want to be healthy, not hurt and easily be able to play with my kids. Amp solves that problem as any moment I can walk up to it and just go, it automatically designs workouts for me and automatically adjusts weight as I get stronger. It’s insanely easy to use. I’ve worked out at least 3 days a week with Amp since I got it 4 months ago. That’s the longest consistent workout streak I’ve had in my life.

Thanks for the shout out! Your story really captures why we built amp to make staying active simple and sustainable even with a busy schedule. The walk‑up‑and‑go design and automatic adjustments take the guesswork out of workouts, and it’s really encouraging to see it making a difference for you. We’re cheering you on! If you ever want new ideas or just want to share your progress, let us know.
The whole HSA debacle in the beginning and then the promise of a year free amp app then it wasn’t then it was just a month which was finally given to me after escalating. The people in the trenches don’t have clear direction on what how when where why at all. The product is amazing and so is the app and I’m thankful that I preserved.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m really sorry for the confusion and all the back-and-forth you went through with the HSA process and your membership offer. That’s not the kind of clarity or service we want to deliver, and I understand how frustrating it must have been. We truly appreciate you sticking with us, and we’re here to show you our commitment to improving your experience moving forward. I’ve sent you a personal email so we can connect directly, go through everything in detail, and make sure you’re getting the experience you deserve. Thanks again for giving us the chance to make things right. Thanks again for giving us the chance to make things right.
I've had the amp for 12 weeks and I have a 12 week streak of using it 4-5 days a week. Absolutely love the convenience, easy to follow workouts that push you. It's exactly what I needed. Love it.
