Stop your defamation! If the package is sent incorrectly, we will re-produce one and send it out. Please contact us to provide your evidence: [email protected]
I asked for a custom order fairings to make the bike as black as possible. They sent me stuff without a tank cover (i have no idea i just started riding) and no trunk cover. Afterwards they said that it's my mistake cause I bought through the link and they sent pictures. They first send the wrong picture (INCLUDING THE TRUNK COVER) with stickers. I say all is well but the sticker should be removed. They remove the sticker send me a new pic without trunk cover this time (but i assume it's included cause the windshield is included too but was not shown in my pics as well) afterwards they tell me that if I want the trunk cover I have to pay 120 USD!!!!!!! 120!!!! Can you imagine? They mislead, then just become ignorant. They help influencers perfectly but normal clients - not. Buy on your own risk

Hi there! To address your concerns: 1) We shipped the goods only after you verified and confirmed the completed fairing photos – this is our standard process to ensure consistency. 2) Your order was for a custom color fairing kit, and the product page explicitly notes that the tank cover and seat cover are not included. 3) The photos we sent you of the finished product also clearly showed the exact scope of the kit. We didn’t make any mistakes in fulfillment, but we’re happy to help if you need to add the missing parts at a discounted rate.If necessary, please contact us at [email protected].
