i would never recommend amoto after i mentioned that there is a broken part of the fairing they stop communicating with me. customer service sucks. and block me on whatsapp.

Hatte die Verkleidung fürs meine Triumph zum Geburtstag bekommen, weil meine schon seit einer Weile defekt war. Lieferzeit statt wie angegeben 8-12 Wochen, kam sie nach einem halben Jahr an. Die Qualität ? Teile passen überhaupt nicht, die Ausschnitte sind teilweise völlig daneben, unsauber und schief, die front nicht symmetrisch, Halter haben teilweise kein Gewinde inne, aber egal sie passen sowieso nicht, davon mal abgesehen sind sie schlampig eingeklebt. Was soll das eigentlich? Die Farbe hat Läufer und ist ungleichmäßig....warum wird man hier so verarscht ?

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Advertised a part for my bike online so I purchased it, the product doesn’t fit at all wrong hole spacing.. emailed them to sort out getting the actual part to be told I’ve ordered the wrong one and it’s my fault.. what company advertises a wrong part for your year and model of bike then tells you you’ve ordered the wrong part!! To top that off they demand a 30% restocking fee for advertising and sending the wrong part out.. absolute joke save your money and use a proper parts supply store instead

I ordered a stator and voltage regulator for my Harley. Received it in a fairly quick time. Upon inspection there is absolutely no instructions and absolutely no paperwork or diagram telling you want each gasket is for. Well, I put my stator on and voltage regulator on my Harley, get two miles down the road and the voltage regulator burned up and caught on fire. Lo and behold the voltage regulator grounded out to the chassis of my Harley. Come to find out, there’s two little rubber gaskets that go under the feet of the voltage regulator. How would I know what is what without instructions.upon reaching out to customer service, I explained the situation. Mind you I went out and dropped $415 on an OEM Harley voltage regulator just to get back to riding because my bike was already on the lift for a month…. I told them I bought a new voltage regulator. They offered to send a replacement, which I denied because I didn’t need it. After that, they ignored me when trying to compromise on a refund. Morale of the story, but OEM and none of the Asian junk.

Leider eine absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung\. Die Verschalung kam mit mehreren Farbverläufen bzw\. sichtbaren Mängeln an\. Dazu kommt, dass Teile der Verschalung durch die Hitze geschmolzen sind\. Ich habe den Verkäufer darauf hingewiesen und zunächst wurden mir lächerliche 5 % Preisnachlass angeboten\. Danach 10 %, später ging es schrittweise bis auf 40 %\. Erst als ich gesagt habe, dass ich die Verschalung zurücksenden und mein Geld zurückhaben möchte, wurde plötzlich eine vernünftige Lösung angeboten\. Wir haben uns schlussendlich darauf geeinigt, dass die beschädigten Teile kostenlos ersetzt werden\. Soweit so gut\. Das eigentliche Problem ist aber die Kommunikation\. Ich bekomme teilweise **nur eine Antwort pro Tag**, obwohl es um eine laufende Reklamation geht\. Mein Motorrad steht inzwischen seit **2 Monaten**, weil ich wegen der ganzen Angelegenheit nicht weiterkomme\. Eine Trackingnummer für die Ersatzteile habe ich mittlerweile erhalten\. Trotzdem bekomme ich auf einfache Fragen, beispielsweise ob der Versand per Express oder Standard erfolgt ist, keine klare Antwort\. 2 Monate Ausfallzeit, mangelhafte Teile und eine Kommunikation, bei der man jedem kleinen Informationshäppchen hinterherrennen muss – für mich absolut keine akzeptable Kundenbetreuung\.

Bieten im Shop Zündspule zu sehr günstigen Preis an. 1 Tag nach Bestellung kommt dann eine Email, dass sie nicht liefern werden und ich nochmal 45 Euro mehr zahlen soll. Es wäre ein Preisfehler. Kauf wurde dann von mir abgebrochen. Wenigstens ist das Geld recht zügig zurück gekommen. Hier werden Fehler auf dem Rücken der Kunden erledigt. Kann diese Firma nicht empfehlen!

Extremely long wait with zero updates.very bad paint job with paint flaking off in some spots, grinding marks everywhere under the paint,tape still under some edges that can’t be removed because it will pull more paint off,bad fitment,with holes that won’t line up and don’t even fit the bolts,the bolt kit is garbage,it doesn’t have the right bolts and not enough parts to complete the job,no fixings at all to attach the screen(the screen they sent was extremely poor quality,the top edge wasn’t even straight and looked like it had been cut with a hacksaw)missing parts(they told me to just use my old ones,when I asked for them to be sent!!)very bad company very bad product

They false advertisement. Saying its free customization but when u ask for them to customize they say ya its 70$ but their website clearly says free.
