The communication has been excellent. I genuinely can’t stress enough on how good they are with replies, asked questions while I waited for my pre ordered peptides and always answered within minutes of emailing. Truly kind representatives and always on top of their game.

I placed my second order with Amino Club and unfortunately it’s seems they have no control over their distribution channel. I was told by their support group that the items were in stock but their fulfillment group had not fulfilled the order. Even after close to 2 weeks no shipment. Eventually after continued emails to support they just began ignoring my requests for updates or resolution. They also told me they would discount the current order by 25% and never did. After constant attempts to resolve and work with them on timing for delivery I decided it was best to cancel. I think their hook is to get you to make the first order but after that it doesn’t seem like they have any ability to control their supplier. I rarely write reviews but when I saw the reviews here about their inability to fulfill orders I thought I’d made sense to share.

Response from Amino Club· May 10, 2026
Hey, thanks for sharing this and sorry your second experience didn't go the way it should have. You're right, we had fulfillment issues during that time that caused delays across the board. That's on us. And if we promised a 25% discount and didn't apply it, that's a miss we should have caught. We don't ignore emails intentionally. If responses stopped, that's not okay and we apologize for dropping the ball there. We're a small team and we hit a rough patch. That's not an excuse, just context. We're working through it. If you ever want to give us another shot, reach out to support and we'll make sure you're taken care of. — Amino Club
