Had a great experience with Amino Club’s customer service. There was a misunderstanding regarding a free 2-day shipping promotion shown at checkout, but their team quickly reviewed the situation and honored the promotion with kindness and professionalism. Really appreciate the excellent communication and willingness to make things right. Great first impression, and I’m excited to try the product.

Ordered April 24th and spent enough so I could get 2 day delivery. Took an entire week with not being packed and 3-4 of those days were “prioritized for fulfillment” I eventually requested a refund after a week it’s the forth day and I’m waiting for my refund cause it was my birthday money it’s supposed to legally be 3-5 business days for my refund but I’m guessing that’ll take longer too. Honestly disappointing cause I loved their service the first time. Their response time is decent in emails but the quality of service is bad, the quality of product is outstanding from the last time I ordered from them. They didn’t leave a warning that it would take longer cause of their new payment processor so that’s misleading to do to people.

Hey, sorry your second experience didn't match your first. You're right, we had delays during that time that held up orders longer than usual. That wasn't communicated well and we get how frustrating that is, especially when you paid for 2-day shipping. Refunds can take a bit longer than usual right now on our end. I am extremely happy I found this company. Transparency and integrity was of the upmost importance. Their research was done at the highest level, and obtained the quality I had been searching for. I did my do-diligence on several companies. While many were good and trustworthy, Amino Club went above and beyond. Even when upgrading their payment system for our protection, they didn’t make excuses of why they were down. They are extremely transparent and makes it so easy to track your order. Could I have ordered from a different company until they were back up and running,? Yes.. But I chose to wait due to my trust of their research and their transparency with their customers. I never leave reviews but this pep company is absolutely amazing! They have high quality products that I have seen amazing results from and so have my family and friends! They have an affiliate program that has amazing incentives! They have tracked express shipping if you order over a certain amount. And their customer service is top notch they reply to emails almost instantly!!
