I am very pleased with the quality of the peptides I’ve received from amino club. Their prices are very competitive especially with their BoB or 40%off! And, I can’t say enough positive feedback about their customer service. I had a problem with one of the vials and a replacement was sent out the same day!

I placed a large order and after receiving order I emailed for help… it took days for replies and no real solution. They want to sell the peptides but will not tell you the information that you need to reconstitute or dosage. What is point in having the product without all the information? This makes me feel they are not legit or trustworthy. I will not place any additional orders and tell everyone else I know not to order as well. I don’t trust the peptides I already ordered and received. I will not use any as I have lost all trust in them.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Amino Club regarding a Certificate of Analysis (COA) discrepancy and, more importantly, how the company handled the situation. After receiving (10) vials of GLP-2 (TR), I noticed that (1) vial was labeled lot TRZ0001 and (9) were labeled lot TRZ0003, but scanning the QR codes on each vial directed me to a COA for lot TRZ0001. Naturally, this raised questions about whether the testing documentation accurately represented the product received. I immediately contacted Amino Club for clarification. They responded quickly and explained that they process multiple lots at the same time and that receiving products from different lots is not unusual. While I understood their explanation, I still felt it was reasonable to request testing documentation specific to the lots I received. To their credit, Amino Club followed up and provided an updated COA specifically identifying lot TRZ0003. I was also able to verify the certificate directly through ILS Laboratories’ website. Having access to a lot-specific COA that can be independently verified provides meaningful transparency. My intention in raising this concern was never to criticize Amino Club unfairly, but simply to obtain accurate documentation for the products received. I believe it’s equally important to acknowledge a company when it makes a reasonable effort to address a customer’s concerns. In this instance, Amino Club responded quickly, provided the requested documentation, and resolved my original concern regarding the mismatched lot numbers. I appreciate their follow-through and willingness to address the issue. Based on this experience, my overall impression of their customer service and responsiveness is positive. I hope sharing my overall positive experience helps others make an educated decision when researching Amino Club.
