The support team is amazing for the Amino Club. My order got sent to the my home address whilst I was away and got lost and I’ve just stayed in contact with them and they helped me through every step! It’s hard to find a company with such a good support team when things go wrong.

I ordered from these guys and everything went great! Their site looks great and easy checkout. I had forgotten to add BC to my order and emailed them. They INSTANTLY replied with steps to take. I was honestly shocked how fast they got back to me, within a couple minutes! Their prices are really fare especially with a promo code. Do your own comparison! and will find out that they are the site to use. I did. I get sooooo many adds on TT, and I clicked on so many sites/stores BEFORE making a decision. I kept coming back and comparing to AminoClub because they were just a BETTER price and I just liked their site layout more and ease of use. Don't believe me? go check out other sites and you WILL SEE how OTHER sites take advantage of you! Just go compare you'll see. Honest. Its amazing how some OTHER sites RIP you off. Not AminoClub. They are legit, fare and FAST. I got my package in 2 days! I will defiantly use them again when I need to buy more.

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding my order. You were quick to contact me to request additional fees, yet you have not responded to my requests for a tracking number or even provided the courtesy of an update. I was told my order would ship last Friday, but I have not received it, nor have I received any shipping confirmation or tracking information. Please provide an immediate update, including the tracking number and shipment status. If you are unable to fulfill my order promptly, I am requesting a full refund. I paid with the expectation of receiving the product I purchased. I look forward to your prompt response. 7/1/2026 You literally been texting me from your number and I have the order receipts which I can provide!!!

Hi there thank you for flagging this, and I'm sorry you've had such a frustrating experience. We take order issues seriously, so we searched our system carefully and weren't able to find any order under your name or email. I also want to clarify something important: Amino Club never requests additional fees after checkout. The price you see at checkout is the final price. We never contact customers asking for extra payment to ship or release an order. Because of that, there's a real chance the order was placed on a different website, possibly one impersonating us. We'd genuinely like to help you get to the bottom of it. Please email us at [email protected] with your order confirmation or receipt, and we'll look into it right away. — The Amino Club Team
