Great product! I do want to take a moment to share my experience with the customer service. I signed up for the VIP membership. I placed 2 orders and paid 14.99 for 2 day shipping on each order. I emailed them on a Saturday and first thing Monday morning I had received a response. They quickly fixed the issue and reversed the shipping charges within about 1 hour. I've never had a company (especially online companies) work so quickly to resolve an issue. I'm so glad I signed up for the VIP because I really felt that. Thanks again for great service and high quality product! I would give 10 stars if I could.

I’m not someone who leaves reviews often, but when a company delivers exceptional products and customer service, it’s worth recognizing. I had an issue with the server while placing my order, and not only did they respond within minutes, but they went above and beyond to make everything right. That level of support is rare these days. The product itself is incredible, and the customer service is even better. If you’re looking for reliability, outstanding support, and a company you can genuinely trust, you don’t need to look any further. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Customer service could use some work. Shipping took longer than expected. Idk if id re-order again.

This place is a joke. Everyone I know rants and raves about this company being phenomenal but the costumer service isn’t exceptional when you have a damaged product. 60 day money back guarantee?!?! Yeah right.
