The bulbs I received were large and healthy but not the colors they should have been. The company was very quick to issue me a refund and I appreciate them doing that. I would order again from them.

I placed an order for fall plants, and didn't hear back about shipping for a while. I emailed asking if I could cancel because it was getting late in the season, then that lit a fire under them because they printed the label a few hours later and then responded right after said label was printed to say sorry, it can't be canceled because the label was already printed for shipping. That's just dishonest. I won't be using them again.

Their products are actually really good and I have no complaints, but the shipping can be slow at times. Regardless, I would order again since price-quality wise, this is the best source for sure. Thanks

I ordered clover and wildflowers in May. Great experience. I received an email stating that my order was shipped within 2 days of ordering. So I reordered...this time? Its been 2 weeks and nothing. I've contacted them 3 times and got the same response...sorry this happened, we'll check on it. I contacted them again today adding that I could've driven to Vermont quicker. Supposedly they are issuing a refund. We'll see how long that takes. I won't be ordering anything from them again

I ordered 50 packets of seeds for distribution at a memorial service in special ordered envelopes. The order details indicated that they would ship the very next day. Eight days later I received an email saying that they're out of stock and cancelling my order and completely leaving me in the lurch. So, if you actually want or need something then I wouldn't order from this site.

Placed an order for 36 karley rose fountain grass (two containers - 18 pots ea) in March. One container was delivered yesterday (05-04-2023). Called on the other container and was told that it was a fulfillment error, and sorry, but no more product is available. Now, we are on the hunt for 18 more plants, which are now about twice the price, if available. American Meadows was happy to provide a refund, but it might not be available for two/three weeks. Don't think they will get my business again.

I ordered from this company with NO ISSUE! I received very nice delphinium plants from them. The plants grew well. This is a hard business but, I felt a need to review them because I am a good gardener and I never had a bad experience with them.

They don't honor their guarantee. Sell you product that doesn't grow and replace it with another dead item and keep your money. Supervisors are busy and customer service reps take you information and pretend a Supervisor will call you to discuss your concerns, but they don't.
