I ordered 6 plants on the 12th of this month, as of now 11 days later they have not even shipped yet. Only Ai is available for "customer service" So far this is a horrible experience.

I have been a long-time customer, spending hundreds of dollars on seeds. The customer service at American Meadows has deteriorated significantly lately. They redesigned their website and customers can no longer access their purchase history. When I requested that they send me my purchase history, their new "AI Agent" claimed it could not find any records of my past purchases. This is unacceptable. I will shop elsewhere for seeds in the future.

Very dissatisfied with the quality of these plants. I’ve seen healthier specimens at Walmart clearance sale. One was so dead it only had a dried up stem, another two twigs with one leaf. The rest were in various stages of unhealthy. Only responses I’ve received so far from customer service was from an AI assistant.

Ordered Iris from two different company’s Sneiders and American Meadows. American Meadows products were were pathetic. Small not even full roots. Not much living on any of the plants. This is not a company to do business with

Very Happy with them. Got sunflower seeds and they are Blooming to Insane Heights and Many buds.

Don't order seed from these people. I've ordered my wildflower seed from American Meadows twice now and both times very disappointed. Full of weed seed the second time. I ordered from Earthwise at the same time and their results were incredible.

The Etain viola they shipped me was covered in aphids, I have pictures. They refunded my money and then refused to post my honest yet negative review. They sent me a receipt showing I'd reviewed the plant but won't post the review. Beware of a company that censors honest reviews, it's sketchy.

We've had the opportunity to partner with American Meadows on multiple campaigns, and they've been an outstanding brand to work with. Communication is always clear, expectations are well organized, and the team genuinely values authentic creator content. Beyond the partnership itself, we've become real fans of the products. The quality of the plants, flowers, and seed mixes has been consistently excellent, and it's been rewarding to watch them thrive in our own yard. It's rare to work with a company whose products genuinely live up to the messaging, which makes creating content feel natural and authentic. We're grateful for the continued partnership and look forward to many more collaborations in the future.
