I received a bottle which had leaked out and damaged the box and was obviously very potent. I emailed with pictures of the issue and my order numbers and received a response back within a few hours with a replacement order already made! It was so easy and truly lightening speed. This was a gift so I'm thankful they got it fixed so quickly.
