Received a bottle damaged in transit. Sent ALT a picture. Before they contacted me back, they already had a replacement in the mail!! WOW!! You don't see this type of service anymore anywhere!!!

They have great customer service. Their customer service reps respond very quickly and thoroughly.

Love it over any name brand everybody around me loves it I’ll be putting another order in soon

ALT fragrances are wonderful and long lasting. Since I was so pleased the first time, I ordered 2 more bottles the second time. That order was damaged. Within an hr of reporting it they resolved the problem and are sending me out another bottle. I am very impressed and will continue to use this product.
