Ordered a few different fragrances. When they arrived two of the bottles had been leaking. Contacted customer service and they arrange replacement bottles right away. Customer service has been great so far

Product arrived damaged and leaking. (Smelled Amazing when I opened my mailbox lol). I sent a photo of the leak, and they immediately sent me a new bottle. Great customer service!

The company does not allow for unsubscribing! I have sent stop and tried to change my number on their account so many times to no avail. They are against privacy policies and continue to send me messages daily! Spammy subscription company with below par perfume. ABORT.

I had an issue with my order, one bottle was leaking and another missing. After contacting them, customer service was very courteous and promptly sent out a new bottle plus the one that was missing.

I was going to make an order so I signed up but changed my mind 3 or more years later and I am still receiving texts from them after replying STOP, emailing their support team numerous times who have not helped remotely. DO NOT give this company your information
