Product as described. Just what I needed to keep tools protected. Was shipped right away and I could not be more satisfied with it.

I had left a bad review in the past for Al's taping tools because I felt as if they were blowing me off after trying to reach out to them and I'm here to say I was wrong and I deeply apologize to the staff of Als. I found the invoice that showed part of my order was on back order, I am sorry. BUT Al's even went further, I had forgotten about that order and low and behold I received a package at the front door with the entire order! They sent the back ordered piece plus the rest of the set. Guys if I'm ever up in Minnesota I owe you lunch!

half my order came immediately, and the parts I really needed I kept waiting for... Never came, so finally a week later I called and they told me it was delivered. I let them know I only got half my order, so after sitting on hold, they said i should get it next week...

When I ordered my plaster gun I noticed on my email there must of been a mistake. I called the company and the gentleman that answered found out that they caught it on their side was immediately resolved and I still got me tool on the time they mentioned at ordering time. thank you for your help!
