Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. After reviewing your account, we identified an issue verifying your primary insurance, Adventist Health, which is out-of-network with $1,700 deductible, while your secondary insurance, Anthem PPO, is in-network. We know navigating insurance can be confusing, and we apologize for any oversight on our end. While we do accept out-of-network insurance, patients must pay the self-pay rate until the deductible is met, which may result in a higher office visit cost. We’ve refunded your $35 deposit and are working to prevent this issue from recurring. We value your experience and hope you’ll consider giving us another chance. Please reach out if you have further questions—we’re here to help.
