There needs to be a better system other than making a $100 5 minute appointment just to refill medication.

My visit with Nurse Julianne Humason was excellent—she was informative, thorough, and quickly recommended an appropriate treatment after reviewing my prior recent test results. However, my experience with the front desk was disappointing. I was charged my co-pay twice and later received an email saying it was still unpaid. The reception staff seemed disorganized and unsure how to handle the billing issue. I also observed them dismissing the doctor while he was trying to resolve problems with their computer system, which made me question the clinic’s professionalism. Overall, great clinical care from Nurse Humason, but the office’s administrative and billing processes need improvement.

At the time of your visit, our clinic was in the middle of a planned transition to a new EMR system. Patients were notified in advance that this upgrade could result in temporary administrative delays, and we asked for your patience while our team worked through the transition. Our staff was actively addressing technical issues to keep operations moving and patient care uninterrupted. We stand by the professionalism of our team and the way these matters were handled during a necessary system upgrade.
I had to follow up to ensure that my medication was shipped. I had to follow up because they forgot to send my syringe order to my local pharmacy. I had to follow up for instructions and tutorial video.

সকল কিছু ভালো! কিন্তু আমি একটা জিনিস কনফিউশনে আছি, আপনাদের সাথে যোগাযোগের ভাষাগত সমস্যা সমাধান কিভাবে করে থাকেন? আপনাদের সাথে কোন বাইরের দেশের প্রতিষ্ঠান যদি কাজ করতে চায় যেমন আমি বাংলাদেশ থেকে বলছি এখানে আমার বিশ্বাসএর সাথে ৪০ বছরের বেশি সময় যাবত কাজ করে আসছি। এখন বৈদেশিক যোগাযোগ স্থাপনের মাধ্যমে প্রতিষ্ঠানকে সামনের দিকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাচ্ছি। এ ব্যাপারে আপনাদের সরাসরি কি ধরনের সেবা আমাদের জন্য প্রদান করতে পারবেন দয়া করে জানাবেন।

It feels when it comes to required medication, one is limited to obtaining only through the established pharmacy channels and hard to obtain outside of it which is costly
