Hi Shante, I know the connection process can sometimes be frustrating. As I mentioned in our support chat - Meta will only allow linking from 3rd party applications to a Facebook page, not personal account. I provided a few options on how you can post to your personal account from Alkai or upgrade your business to a Facebook page. I hope they were helpful to you.
