Hi Aqunita, Thanks for the feedback. We're working to add more variety to Alkai. I can see that we made Meme posts, Carousels, Customer Review posts as well as posts featuring your services. It looks like Alkai reused a photo from your website more often than ideal - we offer quick editing tools to change photos and add/upload more to allow Alkai more to choose from. Glad to hear you're loving Alkai. We try to make the process of connecting social network accounts as simple as we can but recognize getting all the permissions set up correctly within Facebook is not always a straightforward process.
