I paid for the whole service. When I first did my teeth impression, I was totally new to this. During those times, they patiently looked at my teeth impression photos again and again and told me to do it again. I failed so many times. I used all their 8 putties. they mailed me another teeth impression kit free of charge. And I did it again. then i sent them my teeth impression with the prepaid return label fedex package. I then had to ask them to do some adjustment for my treatment preview. then they sent me my first set of aligners just to make sure that they fit. unfortunately, when I did the upper teeth impression, I pressed hard on the inside first,then pressed the front again. therefore, the teeth impression wasn't correct. I took the photos of me wearing the aligners. they told me that the dentist asked me to do the impression again. this company was so nice that they sent me another set of teeth impression kit free of charge. Today I got the second set of my "first" teeth aligners. They fit really well. that is why i am writing this good review. If you have searched online aligner companies, you will know that this one has the lowest prices among all. I got the discount during last black friday which I paid for less than $1000. During the the last three days of 2019, they even lowered the price to $795! omg. i should have waited. however, I don't think that you will get this price ever again. Anyway, when I chose this company, I was thinking that the technology is all the same no matter which company you choose. The end result is also the same. So there is no reason to pay for the highest price. If you read online reviews about other similar companies, they sometimes don't even reply to emails, and you have to make phone calls, etc. And it takes a long time to get a reply because those big companies have too many customers. Because this company is small and doesn't have lots of customers, we customers actually get better and quick services. They usually respond to my emails in just one day. And if you chat on their web site, you can always get instant response right away. they seem to have someone online 24 hours everyday. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service. update: They even send me email reminders to send them new photos of me wearing every new set of aligner, so their dentist can check my progress.
