I selected the 3 day free plan but I was charged for the whole month immediately. I should have been charged after three day but I got scammed by this company. Horrible.

It seems you used up all your free trial credits, and you manually activated and confirmed the official subscription to unlock additional credits, which requires the full subscription payment. Despite my complaint about paying without being able to benefit from the software and despite their positive and insuring answer on Trustpilot they did not do anything about it other than selling words

I tried cancelling after free trial, cancellation button wasn't working, then I contacted their support, ofcourse it was AI and made a ticket, ticket wasn't answered and i was charged $220, scam company

See my message below. After several months Akool has returned the money that was written off from my credit card. Apart from this issue. I have used their product for several months. It has helped me a lot. So, great product but beware for your credit card I have used Akool translation models for several months with great succes. Early this year I stopped my account but they still write off money from my credit card. I have contacted Akool via their webmail three times. No answer, no comment received at all. No reply on better business bureau to other people. perhaps they will finally reply here. Somehow charged my card after it was cancelled.

Horrible product first of all. They tricked me into a yearly subscription first off. I said monthly because I wanted to try it out first. But charged my card 1000 dollars for a year. Immediately I try and contact them to cancel and said they couldn’t because I’d used a few credits. And to top it all off there product isn’t good half of the stuff don’t even work. So I paid a 1000 dollars for pretty much a worthless product.
