airportparkfly.comReviews of airportparkfly.com

I wrote a review in January, 2015 and today (almost 3 years to the date), I received a replay apologizing. You can't be serious. I wouldn't recommend you to desperate people looking to get away during a missile attack.

When searching for airport parking at DFW, you will notice this company doesn't show up... except for the paid ad. I should have noticed this as the first sign of a problem. They make you jump through so many (hard to see when you book) hoops, that you will probably miss your flight if you don't leave super early. When I had problems with the parking arrangement, I tried to email them to cancel my reservation. They said they would respond within 24 hours. 14 days later, I did not receive a response. When I called, the CSR was rude and refused to refund my payment- even though I parked somewhere else. The supervisor was also rude saying, "Well, if I didn't hear back from a company within 24 hours, I wouldn't have waited 2 weeks to call them." Why should I have to stay on top of them?? I emailed and they said they would respond. I was out of town (obviously, because I was parking at the airport). There is a reason their company info is hard to find. There is a reason they were rude. They have had to deal with so many customer complaints.

While I do admit we arrived a bit late for our initial shuttle to airport we were in line for the next available shuttle. A family who was staying at the hotel was allowed to go before us on the next shuttle. That family took up the entire room in that shuttle so we were told to wait for the next one. I paid for the reservation the night before but we were never asked if we had a reservation. Since we didn't stay at the hotel I guess we weren't as important as the family that stayed there.

After arriving at the designated hotel, I parked our car and waited with a crowd of people in front of the hotel. We were told there would be a white van to take us to the Port. After about 20-30 minutes, an unmarked van arrived and we had to ask if it was going to the port, no announcement from the driver, no signs or markings on the van. On the way to the port, we asked the driver about getting in touch with the parking company when we returned to pick us up. The number I got from the website booking was different than what another couple riding with us had. The driver said to use the number the other couple had. When our cruise returned to the port and we were ready to be picked up, I called the number that I was given. It was difficult to say the least hearing the man on the other end much less understanding him and when he would pick us up. After waiting about 20 minutes, I called him again and asked him when he was going to pick us up. He would not give us a time. After spending about 20 more minutes waiting, we gave up and spent $10 on a cab to drive us about half a mile back to the hotel where our car was parked. I doubt if the driver ever showed up at all. I would never use this parking company again. I will pay the extra money to park within walking distance of the port.
