Alex V. was prompt in providing a quote and placing our order which arrived the next day. When we only received 2 of our 4 items Jacquelyn M. was apologetic and immediately rectified the error. We had the rest of our order the very next day. Both reps were very helpful & courteous.

The system is not intuitive. I usually never watch the videos that come with a software, but there was no way to learn without the videos. Also, the functionality that is provided is expensive.if I had to start over again, I would have picked a different product.

We had a printer repaired and it did not work after it was returned. We notified AdvantIDge they expedited the repair and made it right. They stand by their work, that is what customer service is about.

Thank you for sharing your disappointment and raising this concern to our attention. Hopefully you know that all repairs come with a 30 day warranty so if you have any issues with equipment that has been serviced, please let us know immediately by calling toll free 800-965-5932. As an authorized repair center, our factory trained technicians follow manufacturer guidelines and every unit is tested thoroughly before being released from service to confirm consistent operation. In some cases, updates we make to your hardware will require changes to the user PC to begin printing again. This means that even though your equipment was repaired it may not be plug-n-play so we encourage you to reach out to our team so we can get this unit up and running for you and your customer. Thanks again for the opportunity to be of service, please let us know how we can serve you better moving forward!
