From EVERYTHING ALL AT ONCE to a time and place for everything.
I have been working with a coach in the Shanna Pearson Expert ADHD Coaching Program for over two years.
Previous to coaching, my mental processes, patterns of behavior and the need to be productive, kept me in a constant state of overwhelm. Even though I appeared to be not doing anything, my brain raced with so many thoughts that when someone asked me to do something, I could only reply in crabby grunts due to trying to fit one more thought in my head. These patterns had gradually recreated my outward expression into someone who completely lacked empathy.
My coach immediately broke down the typical Adhd brain behavior and so much of it rang true. We worked together to create systems through different tools and accountability exercises to reset these behaviors that allowed me to focus - and not hyper focus on projects.
This program has helped me regain a grounded sense in my life, it has helped me collect and organize my thoughts, it has helped me with my feelings and communication, it’s helped me to finish projects I’ve started but overall everything all at once has shifted to a time and a place for everything.

Expert ADHD Coaching changed my path
Before I enrolled in the Expert ADHD Coaching program, my “ADHD brain” was making me feel like life was happening too fast and it was impossible to work towards any kind of goals. I was overwhelmed with my growing business and family responsibilities. As an adult that grew up when there wasn’t much information on ADHD, it’s hard to get any real help with symptoms or even a diagnosis. With the help of my ADHD coach, over 7 months I was able to gain some serious insight about my thoughts and behaviors, as well as gain the skills to get me feeling like myself again and feeling productive. I am thankful for Shanna Pearson's Expert ADHD Coaching program. The coaching was action based from day 1 and my life is now on a much healthier, positive path. I would recommend this coaching if you think you might have ADHD but haven’t been able to get any results anywhere else.

Shanna’s adhd coaching program…
Shanna’s adhd coaching program absolutely saved my life. I used
to be impulsive, anxious, very emotional, unable to sleep at night and snappy with my kids. By learning new skills and perfecting them to meet my individual needs, I was able to reach my highest life goals in less than a year. By consistently practicing one focus a week under the guidance of Shanna’s highly trained coach, I have incorporated these skills into my daily routine. Now I am able to live my life at the fullest, be calm, interact at a higher level in my personal and professional relationships and I am able to sleep through the night without medication. Years back I was just dreaming about reaching such goals. Today I am living that dream and I truly believe that Shanna‘s coaching program can help so many more people with ADHD just like it help me.

It changed my life!
Working with one of Shanna Pearson’s coaches was an investment in myself and one of the best personal and financial decisions I have ever made. I have learned and implemented so many tools that help me manage my ADHD every day. Just as importantly, this has resulted in an increased quality of life and overall sense of well-being and acceptance of myself. I wish I had done this 20 years ago which would have avoided so much frustration and pain but I am grateful that I’ve done it now and am excited for the future!

Leaving overwhelm behind and getting into action.
Until I discovered Shanna‘s expert Adhd Coach I had been struggling ADHD my entire life.
With the support of Shanna‘s program I have been able to become much more productive as well as becoming much more self-aware.
Shanna’s process is all about stepping out of overwhelm and getting into action. Overwhelm has always been something I’ve struggled with my entire life and Shanna’s program has helped me to put things into perspective and to get on with things. I’ve been able to decrease my anxiety by learning how to be much more present and focused. And critically I have been able to identify my needs and set up a structure to promote my effectiveness.
One of the things that I really love about Shanna’s program is that it is not one size fits all. It’s not formulaic. It feels very natural and intuitive and I feel like I’ve been able to develop my own system that works best for me.

Shanna Pearson's Expert ADHD Coaching…
Shanna Pearson's Expert ADHD Coaching changed my life. I had read all the productivity books out there, and none of them truly worked for me. They did not understand how my brain worked. My coach taught me techniques that got me focused and easily increase my productivity and confidence. I highly recommend them!!!

Waste of Time and Money
I had a really bad experience. They promised me total one on one coaching, dedicated daily time to help "re-wire” my brain, organizational help, etc. and I got none of that. I did coaching for a month, talked to my coach once a week, we chatted a bit, and that was pretty much the extent of the "coaching." I never got the several times weekly check-ins they promised or any of the daily “one-focus” activities that were supposed to be part of the package I paid for. I told them I was unhappy with the minimum amount of coaching I received over the month and they said I could pay another $700 to try with another coach. Not exactly sure what breakthroughs they claim I had, I was very open with the fact that I paid for the coaching they advertised and got about 1/3 of that. They didn’t care that I was unhappy or did not get what I paid for, as soon as I texted or emailed them that I was unhappy they just ignored me.
ETA: After several failed attempts by Expert ADHD Coaching to have my review deleted, Shanna reached out directly to me via email. She said multiple times that she had no idea that I had such a bad experience and was apologetic to me. I provided her text messages and emails where I had texted with her employees that I was not happy with the minimal coaching I got and in which I said (verbatim) "I don't think I am ready to spend another $700 in hopes it [a new coach] will be a better experience. I appreciate it, but I think I am going to bow out for now." To come now, misquote my text, and reframe that as if I couldn't afford the services is disingenuous. I was a client for a full month, did all of the work they asked me to do (for example, write in your journal on Tuesday and Wednesday) even though I was told I was paying for daily check ins, and when I communicated to them that my experience was sub par they doubled down.
It's absolutely shocking to me that after all of the time and money I spent on this company with the understanding that they would be doing intensive coaching that they would come after me in such an immature way. Maybe their coaching was good for some. I, for one, did everything asked of me and received little for my money. I hope this review can help a few people who may be on the fence, I ended up finding a local coach for half the price that does double the work.
ETA 2: The owner, Shanna, continued to email me and told me that she would consider giving me my money back if I took down or changed this review. I declined.
She then started accusing me of having some "fake identity and circumstance," I have no clue what that means but it appears, in my opinion, there is more going on with her than just someone who is unhappy with a bad review of her business. This is evidenced by her rambling response here and similarly pugnacious emails to me.

Response from Shanna Pearson's Expert ADHD Coaching· Mar 2, 2022
Hi Marissa: You were in our program for only 18 DAYS (Dec 10-28), and you still were able to start doing things that you haven't been able to do in Years- which is great! You had 1-on-1 coaching, a daily One-Focus practice, and follow-up between your sessions! For confidentiality reasons I can't share the details of any client's personal coaching publicly, including yours, but we do have the records, including your own written positive comments at the time.
I am very surprised that you feel we should have been able to change your behaviors of close to 40 Years in only 2+ weeks. We would never promise a quick-fix for decades of a way of being.
Adopting new approaches that are ADHD friendly and creating new habits that serve you, learning how to deal with the overwhelm, implementing ADHD friendly organization skills, building up the confidence in yourself, (and more)... in other words "rewiring" your brain to the point that these new skills, habits and approaches become automatic - takes time, commitment and practice. Unfortunately 18 days is only enough time to get started on the very basics and still start moving forward.
I stand behind our program 100%, there is absolutely no other ADHD program like it anywhere. We strive for Extraordinary, Profound, Meaningful, Lasting change for every single client, which is why so many of our clients, who have tried Many other things, say we actually "changed their life". It takes more time than you gave it, and is Completely worth it.
Our program IS honestly "that good", and while we can train you, guide you, teach you, believe in you, hold you accountable, stand beside you and celebrate your wins, and kick your butt when you need it most, nobody can do it FOR you.
You emailed us that you had a new work schedule, and then you texted "I appreciate it but I think I'm going to bow out for now. Thanks for your help." and mentioned to us that the cost was too expensive. Sadly, our program is not affordable for everyone, I wish it was. But we are still more affordable than many other options.
I know that life can feel super frantic, non-stop, and dizzying most of the time. Please do your best to be more patient with yourself. 2+ weeks is a tiny amount of time, and yet you still started moving forward.
***EDIT: A lot of what you have written above is unfair and untrue, but this is the internet and I guess anyone can say whatever they want for any reason, even if it's completely untrue.
We reached out to you many times to try to understand this review and make it right, and in researching this review we found out that Marissa isn't even your real name, even though that is the name you gave us when you joined our program in "real life". So... you joined coaching with a different name, stayed only 18 days, didn't even follow the program as it's designed -but still got some results!-, and now you are leaving this review.
You asked Us in writing for your money back -After posting this... and we simply asked you to tell the truth even if you leave the 1-star. We did NOT ever offer you a refund to take down your review.
We are truly baffled by this review and the sheer number of falsehoods that seem designed to discredit us. Whether you're posting on behalf of a competitor or you're simply extremely upset that you couldn't change your life in only 18 days, we still wish you the best.
