What an eye opening experience! Huge thank you to Caitlyn Walker for introducing me to this and helping me dissect the results. It really helps you gain a lot of perspective on ways you might find value in your work life, relationships, friends, and more. It was scary how accurate some of it felt. Definitely would recommend for anyone to take it!

I loved this assessment and how a few things actually surprised me but 95% of this was spot on and Laura’s session with me gave me some aha moments. As a solopreneur often times I would wonder if I am in the right line of work and my report solidified that I am doing exactly what I should be doing! I highly recommend working with Laura and her team because I am sure you will be surprised as I was what it uncovered.

I had an incredible experience working with Laura Gary of Legacy Driven Growth through the Purpose Factor assessment. The experience gave me a much deeper understanding of where I find the greatest energy and fulfillment, what makes me unique, and how I can leverage my strengths to have a greater impact. It helped me identify where I feel the most rewarded and where I can contribute my greatest value, and the insights are already helping me think differently about my next chapter in my career. Laura was amazing throughout the process—approachable, thoughtful, and incredibly insightful. She asked great questions and helped me really reflect on how these insights could apply not only to my current role and career, but to my life more broadly. I would highly recommend Laura and the Purpose Factor assessment to anyone looking to develop greater self-awareness, better understand their unique strengths, and pursue more purposeful growth. It was a truly valuable experience that I know will continue to inform the choices I make in the next chapter of my life.

This company and the people in it are best in class! I’ve learned so much about my own purpose and found clarity, conviction, and purpose. As a licensed purpose factor facilitator, the training is unmatched, and I FINALLY discovered what I am here to do with my time on earth and how everything up to this point was the journey, and a blessing because now I can easily and quickly help others discover their confidence, gain clarity, and live a life of purpose right where they are. Could not give a stronger recommendation!

As a former HR professional, I've seen a lot of assessments. The assessment David took us through with The Purpose Company felt like reading our mail. One of my direct reports and I took the assessment. Furthermore, the results helped to surface specific insights and actions we could take to improve the overall effectiveness of our team and business. David invested in us and was gracious with his time to ensure we understood and could move forward on the results. It's clear how passionate he is about this line of work.

I found the assessment and process very insightful! I loved the way Laura G explained the concepts to me with examples and related it back to my work. At first, I didn't think my results aligned with my role, but after reviewing with her I am able to see how I can lean into my natural purpose and find more energy day to day. I'd highly recommend a review with Laura for anyone struggling to find another level or feels a bit lost in their career.

David offered amazing support and it was incredibly helpful to drill down into identifying my true motivations driving my Purpose. This level of insight would have been helpful at many points earlier throughout my career, so don't delay in checking it out and learning more about yourself!

The Purpose Factor Assessment was a valuable and insightful experience that helped me reflect more deeply on personal purpose, motivation, and leadership impact. David Campbell, as a facilitator, you created a very engaging, supportive, and thoughtful environment that encouraged open reflection and meaningful discussion. Thank you for guiding the session with professionalism and clarity
