The Purpose CompanyReviews of purposecompany.co

Pivotal life changing direction gaining a deep understanding of values and drivers that lend to a fulfilling life. The scripture says where your treasure is your heart shall be also… The impact to increase value for yourselves, your workplace, family and beyond knowing your Purpose Factor is immeasurable. Thank you David Campbell for guiding me to success beyond my imagination!

Laura guided me through my Purpose Factor assessment at a point in my life when I was navigating a major transition after retiring from the military. She didn’t just tell me who I was, she helped me connect the dots for myself. Her questions were thoughtful, her insights were accurate, and she challenged my assumptions in a way that was both encouraging and practical. I left with greater clarity about my strengths, motivations, and how I want to lead the next chapter of my life. I highly recommend Laura to anyone looking for genuine self-awareness and purposeful growth!

To start, my guide, Dave Campbell, was a joy to work with. The results of The Purpose Factor assessment brought an immediate smile to my face. I love the thoughtfulness that went into both the report and the review session. Coming out of this process, I’m positioned to accelerate my core message—and see how perfectly it 'factors' into my calling!

Reading the Purpose Factor helped me discover something I had been looking for but couldn't name, but having a session with John Brown to better understand my assessment results, changed my life. I've been putting my purpose into action and it's helped me learn how I can best help others and actually feel fulfilled in my work.

Laura Guary is absolutely amazing! When reviewing my assessment, Laura delivered her insight with kindness and gently challenged me to learn a new perception of myself as well as a new way of thinking. I am confident anyone working with Laura will become a better version of themselves.

In just one month of coaching with Gab and Eric, the momentum leading to results has been amazing! My business approach is personalized, structured, and focused. I went from little visibility in one industry to now being on its national association's speaker directory. A coaching client telling me they want coaching for their whole team -exceeding what we had even discussed. Why? Because when you do the work, lean into the value you bring, and trust your coaches, they help get you there - better and faster. So grateful to you, Gab & Eric!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Working with Laura Guary through the Purpose Factor Assessment was one of the most valuable leadership and personal development experiences I've had. The assessment itself was incredibly insightful, but Laura is what truly brought it to life. She didn't just walk me through a report; she coached me through the "why" behind who I am. She helped me understand not only how I'm naturally wired to lead, but also how I am best led and why those patterns exist. That level of self-awareness has directly changed how I interact with peers, volunteer groups, and in my personal life. What sets Laura apart is her coaching style. She asks thoughtful questions that challenge you to dig deeper rather than simply providing answers. She creates a safe environment where you can honestly reflect, uncover blind spots, and connect the dots between your strengths, motivations, and purpose. Every conversation left me with greater clarity and practical insights I could immediately apply. If you're hoping to better understand yourself not just as a leader, but as a person, friend, spouse, or teammate and want to strengthen your relationships while living and leading with greater intention, I encourage you to connect with Laura. Her ability to help you uncover your unique strengths, ask the right questions, and guide you toward deeper self-awareness is truly a gift. The insights I gained will continue to impact both my personal and professional life.

The training was insightful, practical and high quality. I have used many assessments in the past 30 years. Purpose Factor helped validate what I had learned about myself and brought a focus that I was missing. I would highly recommend the Purpose Factor training for anyone wanting to launch a solid coaching or training business.
