I bought a bike and included the fenders and rack. While my order states I ordered Rack & Fenders--I am now told the order details are misleading and that I only ordered bthe Rack. After a few atempts to clear this up--a customer service supervisor approved and shipped me the fenders at no Charge. THANK YOIU--I appreciate the follow up--Love the 2 Bikes we purchased.

Thank you for helping me out and shipping me a replacement bike after my original bike had a hardware issue. Really appreciate the communication from support and sending me a replacement bike while the original was still under warranty.

Arrived on time! Gave it a 4 because the rear fender was bent and I had to put it on the bike which was rather challenging. Must say, now that it's on, it looks good. Bike is sturdy and I can't wait for a break in the heat and humidity to put some miles on it!

After getting through the Amazon scam and Walmart and Facebook scam/ fake sites and finally getting a hold of the real deal. We had a great experience for a great price. We are looking to buy another ebike or trike. Haven't decided yet but it is a great ebike. Great company just make sure it's the real actebike site

Bike shipped on time only issue is some descriptions are conflicting as to the power of the motor on the Mars bike . The bike was fairly easy to assemble and works fine so far . Also support is hard to get ahold of could use some improvements.
