Nice, easy transaction. All I needed this time were Arca-swiss-type mounting plates for a Nikon D500 & a long lens. Got both at a very reasonable price. Previously had picked up one of the Acratech Long Lens heads - a great piece of gear for landscape work.

Every product I've ever purchased from Acratech is of the highest quality. As a full time nature photographer I rely on their equipment and put it through a lot in windy deserts, on wild ocean coasts and in the snowy mountains. Acratch makes the best equipment and that's why I keep coming back . Their customer service is always top-notch as well.

I purchased a large leveling base. Beautifully made. I liked it better then other leveling bases I compared it too. It locks up tight. I has a lower profile which was important in my buying decision. Would recommend it highly !

I have owned many ball heads including RRS BH 55 and this one ranks with the the best. I like the gimbal option and the size/design. I am earning to set the tension, hoping it will perform like my large gimbal. I am writing this review before using this in the field. Requests for reviews would be much more valuable if done after 3-6 months.

Once again, another great Acratech product. It is very well designed and excellent fit and finish.
