There's no finer pano head. Love my Acratech. Delighted with the excellent service and the value for what I spent. You can buy many a cheaper head, but you'll wish you'd spent more wisely for an Acratech.

Solid equipment functions well. Instructions could have been a little more detailed. But I real like I can set tension on movement and the sturdy construction. Very fast to level camera and it stays level

Customer service goes far beyond the ordinary. There was some confusion with FedEx because I knew a package was coming I needed to sign for. FedEx dropped off the package I was supposed to sign for (unsigned), and I never received the second package which was my Acratech lens base plate. So I thought FedEx must have lost it. I called Acratech and told them the situation. They offered to send me a second base plate at no charge. Fortunately, FedEx delivered the base plate over the weekend and I notified Acratech in time to hold the base plate they were going to give me. Unusually good customer service.

The products are amazing. I have used Acratech heads for about 20 years. The original Ultimate Ballhead still works like new and the GXP and Long Lense heads I just purchased are even better. The customer service is second to none. All the help you could ever need is just an email or phone call away. I am a customer for life.
