I placed and order recently and items were missing they quickly set them.over and even corrected some information i had in the system i wasn't aware of...

I was having an issue with my T7 humidifier making a loud noise on start up. I emailed ACI upon 24 hrs later got a response from Ashley saying she had put in a ticket for the T7. About 10 days later I had a brand new T7 Gen 2 on my doorstep. AC Infinity makes a great product and stands behind it. Just to be clear you will also receive a shipping label to return the old unit for product inspection free of charge. Costumer for life! Thanks ACI you made 2025 a success. Matt
