I am truly surprised with how great customer service is for Ac Infinity, the attention given to every issue I communicated with them was great. All issued were resolved easily and on a timely manner and they even took the time to go back and confirm information to make sure everything was correct :)

the through-wall fan is amazing, super quiet, lots of control over how it runs, keeps my hot and cold old-school 3rd-floor closets totally vented and evenly heated. also got the register boost fan for another closet with a very narrow space to vent, works great.

The problems with my product malfunctioning were addressed very quickly.

I absolutely love acinfinity not only the products are A* the team are just a family there to help,support and make sure that if there's a problem it's not a problem for long super happy from the care I received and wouldn't shop nowhere else for less thank you again guys

Brittany processed my warranty claim exactly as I would have hoped, polite and prompt, I thought I would have gotten a longer life out of my T7, but this humidifier works extremely well with the controller AI. Thanks so much Brittany.
