I’m thrilled with how easy the warranty process was, I was so bummed when my fan suddenly stopped working and was reluctant to start a warranty claim and have to go through a hundred steps but this was simple and straightforward, just send a video of the problem and AC Infinity will solve the problem.

Your.support is extremely helpful and very friendly. I have zero complaints. My issue was resolved quickly and in a very professional manner. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you.
